TransformerParts.com LLC connects buyers with manufacturers, refineries, and suppliers of transformer oil and equipment. We facilitate transactions but don't manufacture most products, hold inventory, or take ownership of goods until delivery to you. All transformer oil sales (bulk and packaged) are final with absolutely no returns - once delivered, the sale is complete. Parts and equipment sales are also final, though we may choose to help facilitate returns with manufacturers at our discretion. We pass through any manufacturer warranties but don't create our own. Payment options include credit cards (with 3% surcharge), ACH, wire transfer, or NET-30 for approved customers. Our total liability is limited to your purchase price, and we're not responsible for consequential damages. By ordering, you agree to these terms and that all sales are final.

Payment Methods
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, our trusted payment processor. We accept credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers. Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee. NET-30 terms are available for pre-approved customers. Your payment information is never stored on our servers - Stripe handles all transaction data using bank-level encryption and security standards.
We offer NET-30 terms for approved business accounts. To apply, create an account on our website and complete the credit application in your account dashboard. Once approved, you'll be able to place orders and pay within 30 days of your invoice date. Approval is typically processed within 1-2 business days.
