Safe External Access Without Opening the Cabinet
The InsuLogix® SSK mounts flush to the exterior of the transformer control cabinet and integrates a protected oil sampling port, nitrogen (N₂) fill valve, and pressure gauge within a corrosion-resistant housing. This allows maintenance personnel to safely obtain oil samples and maintain nitrogen blanket pressure directly from outside the enclosure—eliminating arc flash exposure risks and avoiding the need to isolate or de-energize the transformer.
